Unfortunately, most people may have to face unwanted sounds occasionally either due to neighbors or people outside.

Luckily, there are ways to minimize unwanted sounds within your meditation room. You should try using a room that is the furthest away from traffic.

Colors suitable for meditation

When it comes to the color scheme for your meditation room design, there are no rules. Just choose whichever colors appeal to you and make you feel relaxed.
